Key Responsibilities
Create graphics, layouts, illustrations, and visual content for digital and print materials.
Develop designs for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative outputs.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
Translate briefs and business requirements into effective visual solutions.
Prepare artwork and files for digital publication and professional printing.
Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual assets.
Develop presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, packaging, and promotional materials.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Review designs and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.
Maintain organised libraries of design files, templates, brand assets, and resources.
Stay informed about current design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Ensure all creative materials meet accessibility, branding, and quality requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design and creative work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret creative briefs and meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and respond effectively to feedback.
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
