Position Title - Civil and Structural Drafter

Salary – AUD 80 000 (Excluding Superannuation)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil and Structural Drafter to join our team in Edwardstown, South Australia. This is a Full-Time Permanent Position with 38 hours per week.
Anzas & Associates offer expert civil and structural engineering services in Mitchell Park and surrounding areas. With a dedicated team and meticulous attention to detail, we ensure top-quality results with a friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
· Preparing structural and civil drawings, including footing plans, drainage layouts, framing
· plans, and general arrangement drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
· Creating detailed structural documentation using AutoCAD and other engineering software such as ClearCalcs, SLOG, and Multiframe.
· Coordinating with structural engineers and architects to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
· Assisting in stormwater management, footing design, and steel framing detailing.
· Reviewing and revising drawings to maintain compliance with Australian Standard AS 1170 and other relevant building codes.
· Contributing to the delivery of engineering documentation within project deadlines in the building and construction sector.
Qualification and Skills
· Completion of Diploma or Higher Level in Civil/Structural Engineering
· Minimum 1 year Experience in a similar role
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good attention to detail and time management
· Reliable and punctual attitude
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
