The Opportunity
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for building a high performing team? We are seeking a Community Relations Manager to oversee the execution of engagement with stakeholders across projects in Melbourne. In this role, you will work with our delivery leadership team to provide strategic direction and hands on leadership, developing strong relationships between clients, communities, internal teams, and external stakeholders. You will oversee project planning and execution of deliverables associated with stakeholder management, and handle escalations from day to day operations while fostering a high performance culture through coaching and mentoring your team
You will bring:

Extensive eperience in leadership & people management, leading and coordinating different roles

Experience liaising with clients at a senior leadership level

Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Experience in community engagement or IAP2 would be beneficial but not mandatory
-
Current and valid Drivers Licence

Willingness to travel to different sites across Melbourne as required (company vehicle will be provided)

Excellent customer service and great attention to detail
