About the Role
We're looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join the business. This is a hands-on role covering all aspects of our day-to-day operations — from packing website orders to grading stock and helping maintain our garments.
It's an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn the vintage wholesale business from the ground up, with genuine scope to grow into a bigger role as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing website orders accurately and efficiently
- Grading stock and opening/sorting through bales
- Garment maintenance, including steaming and washing
- Assisting with social media content
- General warehouse duties to support day-to-day operations
- Operating warehouse equipment, including forklift (if licensed)
What We're Looking For
- A reliable, hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail
- Genuine interest in vintage clothing and/or the resale industry
- Comfortable with physical warehouse work (lifting, sorting, standing for periods of time)
- Some experience or interest in social media content creation (a bonus, not essential)
- Forklift licence highly regarded but not required — training can be provided
- Reliable availability Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to increase to 3 days as the role grows
- Looking for a long-term opportunity, not just casual or short-term work
Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
