Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Sydney, NSW. The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote KeyoAI’s AI solutions across digital and offline channels. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying target audience segments to inform marketing strategies. The role will develop marketing materials, manage content for social media and email, support sales initiatives with collateral, and help coordinate events or webinars. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align messaging, track campaign performance, and report on key marketing metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, support prospective clients, and represent the brand clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitors, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and performance tracking across digital channels.
- Familiarity with Sales support, including lead nurturing, sales enablement materials, and collaboration with sales teams on joint initiatives.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, CRM systems, analytics tools).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence, SaaS, or technology markets; prior experience in B2B tech or AI is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Pay: From $35.00 per day
