The Role :We are seeking highly disciplined, clinically sharp Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our casual pool. In this role, you will be the clinical anchor in the field, responsible for conducting comprehensive holistic assessments, establishing 28-day Nursing Care Plans, and delivering complex clinical interventions.
Core Responsibilities * Clinical Assessments: Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive nursing assessments for veterans within their domestic homes.
- Care Planning: Design and execute evidence-based 28-day Care Plans mapping directly to primary GP diagnoses and DVA funding codes.
- Complex Care Delivery: Administer advanced clinical interventions including complex wound management, palliative care coordination, medication administration, and chronic disease management.
- Audit-Proof Documentation: Complete real-time, highly detailed, template-driven clinical progress notes via our mobile care management software before leaving every shift.
Clinical Governance: Provide clinical direction and oversight to Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Support Workers (PSWs) on the roster.
Mandatory Compliance Documents Required :
+Active unrestricted AHPRA Registration
+ Bachelor of Nursing + Current CPR/First Aid + National Police Check + NDIS Worker Screening Check.
