About the Role
Join our Food Services team as a Menu Monitor and play an important role in supporting the delivery of quality meal services to patients. You will help coordinate menu administration, meal ordering and data management while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Central Plating service.
Working closely with Food Services, Dietetics and clinical teams, you will assist with staff coordination, roster preparation and daily workload allocation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent customer service and patient care.
About You
You are an organised and customer-focused team player who enjoys working in a busy service environment. You bring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to support staff while ensuring high standards of food service delivery.
- Experience in catering, food services or meal coordination
- Lead teams and support daily roster and workload planning
- Use computer systems, spreadsheets and data entry tools
- Deliver excellent customer service and quality outcomes
- Apply food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
