For an escape room working across 2 venues in the CBD!
As the Game Master, your primary role is to maintain the smooth running of the premises and games, and deliver a unique escape experience for players.
We're looking for 1-2 applicants to join our small, dedicated team on a Part Time basis. You'll need to be prepared for both busy and quiet periods, working alone or as a tight team, and working at least one day on a weekend a fortnight, potentially two.
What is this role responsible for?
- Monitoring session and offering clues/assistance as needed
- Resetting rooms and games after each session
- Building rewarding relationships with players
- Maintaining transactions accurately – which includes handling and processing cash, credit cards and EFTPOS
- General cleaning and maintenance of the venue
- Booking, administration work, and answering the phone
- light repair work
What are we looking for?
- Enthusiastic, fun-loving, vibrant personality
- Passionate about story-telling and explaining game concepts
- Possess excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Professional and can work autonomously / make decisions with limited supervision
- Love to be part of a team
- Sound computer skills
