With 149 inpatient beds, 11 operating theatres, 18 ICU-level beds, day therapy and radiotherapy services, we offer advanced technologies in a purpose-built facility designed to support patients and staff alike.
The Opportunity
The person will support the daily operations of the Clinical Trials Unit. Assist with trial intake, system updates, digital tools, and study administration as required in an accurate and timely manner. Help study teams keep trials organised, compliant, and audit ready. This role builds core skills for progression to Clinical Trials Assistant.
Essential Requirements
- Degree or qualification in Health Science, Life Science, or related field (or relevant experience)
- Strong organisation skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with effective time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital systems
- National Police Check (within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain)
Desirable
- Exposure to clinical research or healthcare environment
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Experience working with document management systems
- Experience with research administration or study coordination support
