We’re looking for some good people to join the crew at Spanian’s Kebabs.
It’s a busy kebab truck, a small space and a small team, so we need people who are happy to get stuck in and help wherever needed.
You might naturally be stronger out front chatting to customers, or prefer being behind the grill getting orders out but everyone will be trained across both FOH and BOH.
When it gets busy, we all jump in.
The Role
Depending on the shift, you’ll be doing a mix of:
- Taking orders and chatting with customers
- Cooking and working the grill
- Making and serving kebabs
- Sauces, sides and finishing orders
- Food prep
- Restocking fridges and stations
- Keeping the truck clean and organised
- Jumping in wherever the team needs you
It gets fast and busy, so you need to be comfortable working at pace and communicating with the people around you.
Who Are You!
For FOH, we love people who are chatty, confident and good with customers.
For BOH, you’ll need to keep your cool when the orders start flying in and care about getting good food out consistently.
For both, the biggest thing is attitude.
Turn up, work hard, help your mates and don’t be the person saying “that’s not my job” when the truck is getting busy!
Hospitality experience is great, but if you’ve got the right attitude, we can teach you the rest.
