Full-Time | Company Vehicle Provided | $30 - $32 per hour + Super
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Cleaner to join our Operations Support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different sites, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and can work independently while supporting our Area Managers and frontline teams.
As an Operations Field Support, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly by providing relief coverage, completing periodic and one-off cleaning projects, and helping maintain high standards across our client sites.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide relief cleaning across multiple client sites to cover planned and unplanned leave
- Work closely with Area Managers to support daily operations
- Complete periodic, deep, and one-off cleaning services
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members when required
- Maintain high cleaning standards across offices, amenities, warehouses, and other commercial sites
- Safely use cleaning equipment, machinery, and chemicals
- Identify issues on site and communicate them to the appropriate manager
- Follow company procedures and workplace health and safety requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and results-driven
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Full Australian working rights
- Available to work full-time
- Willing to work occasional weekend shifts (approximately once per month, with additional pay)
