Join Our Aged Care Catering Team
We are currently looking for a Casual Catering Assistant to join the Aged Care/Retirement team at our Prairiewood NSW location. In this position, you will work within a collaborative setting to help provide exceptional meal services for both residents and staff members.
What This Role Involves:
- Assisting with food preparation
- Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks
- Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
- Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
Skills and Experiences:
About You
- Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery highly regarded
- Experience in contract catering, aged care, healthcare, or food service environments is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
