Are you looking for casual flexible work to fit in with your personal life. Manaka Services is currently looking to fill shifts in Bunbury and surrounding areas.
You will be working with individuals in their own homes and in the community to meet identified needs and goals.
Shift hours are varying across 7 days a week with a possibility of split shifts.
The ideal candidates will have previous experience working in aged care and/ disability sector.
Some of the key aspects of your role will include the following:
- Providing direct support with day-to-day independent living tasks at home and in the community.
- Assisting individuals to participate in lifestyle activities of their choice and to attain better social participation in their community.
Qualifications and Skills To be eligible for this position, you MUST have the following:
- Relevant industry experience, Training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Have a valid WA Driver’s License.
- Current Working With Children's Check, or willingness to obtain one
- NDIS workers screening check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current valid First Aid Certificate
- Current National Police Check
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Own a car that is roadworthy with full comprehensive vehicle insurance and be willing to use your car for work. Optional dependant on shift worked.
- Strong understanding of the principles of privacy, confidentiality, and duty of care.
- Comply with current WA Covid policy

Salary: $30-$36/hour (depending on experience and qualifications). Inclusive of casual loading and employee super contribution. Shift penalties are additional.
