Cafe Barista – Industrial Harvest Café
We’re on the hunt for an experienced, confident, and fast-paced Barista to join our growing team at Industrial Harvest Café.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes coffee, thrives under pressure, and enjoys leading by example in a busy, high-volume environment while working closely with management.

About the Role
As our Barista, you’ll:
- Coffee operations in a fast-paced, high-volume café
- Deliver consistently high-quality coffee to a loyal customer base
- Confidently manage 50kg+ of coffee per week alongside head barista
- Work with single origins, cold brew, batch brew, and alternative milks
- Maintain our high standards while supporting and guiding a small team
- Think on your feet and bring passion, energy, and innovation to the role

- Genuine passion for coffee & food
- Extensive knowledge of coffee extraction and bean origins
- Excellent milk texturing and latte art
- Strong leadership skills with a team-first mindset
- Great personality with outstanding customer service
- Ability to work at speed while maintaining quality
- Enthusiasm to help grow and evolve the business

Role Details
- Monday to Friday: 6am – 3pm (times may vary)
- Some weekend work required
- Own transport essential
- RSA required
