Alongside our restaurant and café, our retail store showcases fresh farm produce and a carefully curated range of products from local growers and makers.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in presentation, customer service and creating a welcoming retail experience. Working closely with the wider venue team, you'll help bring the story of our farm and local producers to life while delivering an exceptional experience for every guest.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading the day-to-day operation of the retail store and supporting a small team
Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high presentation standards
Managing stock, ordering, merchandising and inventory
Supporting rostering, opening and closing procedures, and daily operations
Working closely with the venue team to deliver a seamless guest experience
About You
You'll bring:
Previous experience in a retail supervisor or similar role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence leading a small team
A genuine passion for food, produce and customer service
A positive, hands-on approach and the flexibility to work weekends
