Three Blue Ducks Byron Bay is set on The Farm - an 80-acre working farm just outside town, home to macadamia orchards, gardens, a busy restaurant and a vibrant retail store. The store showcases produce from the farm alongside a curated range of goods from local makers and producers.
We’re looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the store.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in presentation, customer experience and creating a welcoming, well-run retail space within a fast-paced venue.
Previous experience in a retail supervisor or similar role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A genuine interest in produce, food and quality products
Confident leading a small team and working independently
Positive, hands-on and customer-focused
Available weekends and peak periods
