Key Responsibilities
- Manage a $400k portfolio that is made up of a diverse array of SME clients
- Handle day-to-day broking queries, renewals, endorsements, and policy administration while delivering responsive, solutions-focused service.
- Assess client needs, recommend appropriate covers, and explain policy terms/conditions clearly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
Requirements
- Prior experience in broking (ideally 1 to 4 years, as a guide)
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking
- Confidence managing and progressing an SME client portfolio
- Strong relationship skills with the ability to handle multiple client conversations and priorities
- Professional, consultative communication style
