Aussie Life Care is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Cranbourne.
This role offers a consistent Monday sleepover shift, commencing Monday at 6:00 PM and finishing Tuesday at 10:00 AM. If you're looking for a regular weekly shift supporting participants with complex care needs, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex care needs while promoting their independence, health, safety, and wellbeing.
Sleepover shifts are required and include:
- Monday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Active Support)
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 AM (Sleepover)

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Cert 3
- Experience supporting participants with challenging behaviours
- Experience supporting individuals with dysphagia
- Stoma care experience
- Complex bowel management experience
- Wound management experience
- Experience using VPAP
- Experience with MACE (Malone Antegrade Continence Enema)
- Availability to commit to the weekly Monday sleepover shift (6:00 PM – 10:00 AM)
