We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in the St Marys area.
About the Role
- Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants.
- Assist with personal care, community access, and daily living activities.
- Support participants to achieve their goals and maintain independence.
- Maintain accurate shift notes and incident reporting.
Preferred Experience
- Previous Aged Care, Disability Support, or Community Care experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Mandatory Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) (where applicable)
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Right to Work in Australia
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate ("Quality, Safety and You")
