Role Summary
The Real Estate Investment Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing property investment opportunities to grow portfolio value and deliver strong financial returns. The role typically combines market analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and assess residential, commercial, or mixed-use property investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
- Prepare investment papers, reports, and recommendations for internal approval or investment committees.
- Manage acquisition, disposal, and portfolio performance to maximize returns and reduce risk.
- Oversee due diligence, including financial, legal, and regulatory review.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, asset performance, and changes in property regulations.
Skills And Experience
- Strong property and investment analysis skills.
- Experience with financial modelling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Australian property markets and relevant legislation.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and present strategic recommendations.
Pay: $62.00 – $96.00 per hour
