What we're looking for
- Qualified Carpenter with minimum 2 years post trade experience
- Strong residential construction experience
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- White Card (essential)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Own tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
For Leading Hand applicants:
- Experience supervising trades and subcontractors
- Ability to coordinate site activities and maintain project momentum
- Confidence communicating with clients, suppliers, and management
