As Director of Community Health, you will provide high-level strategic and operational leadership across:

Allied Health

Mental Health
-
Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD)
-
Medical Clinic
-
Community Care services
You will champion STEEEP healthcare (Safe, Timely, Effective, Efficient, Equitable and Patient-centred) while fostering a values-based, just culture that supports innovation, learning and systems thinking.
Working closely with the CEO and Executive Team, you will build strong partnerships across the Hume Local Health Service Network and local agencies to deliver meaningful outcomes for the community.
ABOUT YOU:
You will have:

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (RN) or AHP or equivalent. (Essential)

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Leadership and Management, Health Service Administration, Public Health (or similar), or working towards. (Essential)

Substantial knowledge of and experience in, public sector health services at a senior management level, including health administration, health service planning, clinical governance, financial management and a broad understanding of community health. (Essential)

Demonstrated leadership experience across a range of clinical and community programs in a rapidly changing environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. (Essential)

Demonstrated ability to drive performance, build a just culture and lead with integrity. (Essential)

High level of interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and an ability to communicate effectively with consumers, families, carers and other key stakeholder groups. (Essential)

Current Victorian or NSW Driver’s Licence. (Essential)
