We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our Coffs Harbour Branch.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answer Phones
- Greet customers on arrival
- Assist customers with bookings and service inquiries
- Process Repair Orders and Invoices
- Liaise with Service Manager, Workshop Controller, Salespersons, and other internal staff members
- Communicate with customers and relay accurate information
To be successful for this role you will need:
- Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Be organised and proactive
- Driver’s License
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- High level of ambition
- Quick thinking and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn, grow and adapt to a changing environment
- Participation in rotating Saturday roster
Preferred but not essential:
- Previous experience with Equip or similar Operating System an advantage though not essential
- Previous experience in the Automotive Industry as a Service Advisor
