Salary: $76,000 - $80,000 per annum + superannuation

About the Role:
Established bagel deli & cafe seeks experienced Cafe Manager to oversee
daily operations and lead our team.
●
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize cafe operations and services
- Monitor quality of food, drinks & service
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing requirements
- Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance- Handle customer complaints and maintain service standards
- Develop and implement business strategies
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2.5 year experience in cafe management or supervisory role
- Must be able to make coffees up to company standard and confident at handling grinders & espresso machine
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Customer service excellence
- Ability to work full-time (38 hours per week)
- Korean language skills highly regarded

Desirable:
- Hospitality qualification (Certificate III/IV or Diploma)
- Financial management experience
