We are seeking an experienced Concrete Pump Linesman to join our team on the Gold Coast.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ checkable concrete pumping experience
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Current ABN
- Full Australian working rights
- Own reliable transport
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently when required
- Able to take instruction and direction professionally
Bonus Qualifications
- Concrete pump operating experience
- HR or HC truck licence
- Experience working in the Sydney concrete pumping industry
- Experience with Flowcrete and Zoomlion concrete pumps
Experience Required
You must be able to:
- Set up concrete pump lines quickly and efficiently
- Set up and pack up line systems on your own if required
- Know where the hose needs to be and when during a pour
- Work safely around pumps, crews, and construction sites
- Leave every site clean and professional
- Maintain and clean pipes, hoses, clamps, rubbers, and associated equipment
- Contribute to keeping the truck clean inside and out
- Work without constant supervision
- Understand the pace and expectations of a busy pumping operation

Remuneration
- Paid weekly
- Hourly rate paid according to experience, ability, and proven industry knowledge

Only applicants with a current ABN, White Card, full Australian working rights, own reliable transport, and proven concrete pumping experience will be considered. Experience with Flowcrete and Zoomlion pumps, as well as Sydney pumping experience, will be highly regarded.
