What You'll Do
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for every service.
- Wash and put away crockery, cookware and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with food preparation and simple plating during service.
- Help receive deliveries, rotate stock and keep storage areas organised.
- Support the chefs wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.
- Take pride in maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen.
- Experience as a Kitchen Hand or Kitchen Assistant.
- Pizza, pasta or general food preparation experience is highly regarded.
- Cookery qualifications, apprenticeships or current studies are highly regarded.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with a supportive hospitality business.
