About the Role
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated casual Disability Support Workers and Personal Care Workers to join our team.
You will be supporting participants across:
- Our Groups Day Centre (Living Life Centre)
(Programs include swimming, arts & crafts, and cooking)
- In-home supports
- Community access shifts
This is a hands-on, meaningful role where no two days are the same.
Key Requirements
- Minimum availability of 30 hours per week
- Confident and competent driver (essential for pickups and drop-offs) company vehicle available for this purpose only.
- Experience supporting individuals with:
- In a group setting 1:3 Ratio
- Autism (Level 3)
- Challenging behaviours
- Restrictive practices (with a strong understanding and compliance)
