Looking for an enthusiastic dentist to fill in a position for an associate dentist as part of a small practice with a friendly and close team.
On offer is a part time position of a minimum of 2 days for a start, with a view to increasing more days in future. This is a commission-based role, and the percentage depends on your experience.
This general dental practice is owned and operated by the principal dentist who has been working full weekdays plus a half-day on Saturday. Recently relocated to a busy and growing area and refurbished to what is now a bright and modern practice with 3 surgeries. The principal dentist is looking to expand the business and also cut down her hours and is looking for an associate to help her for that.
The ideal candidate would be one who is:
- Proficient in all aspects of dentistry. Experience and interest in Oral surgery - wisdom teeth removal and pros work would be an added advantage.
- Has the ability to work independently and also as a team player.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills, has a strong work ethic, is punctual and motivated.
- Has excellent time management.
- Patient oriented dentist who is empathetic and understanding towards patients and provides them with quality dentistry in a professional manner.
- Open to flexible working hours which will include evenings and weekends.
- Should be an Australian citizen or permanent resident holder.
- Have current unconditional registration with AHPRA
- Has a current professional indemnity insurance.
- Has a current radiation licence.
