Gradi Fine Foods is looking for an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join our food manufacturing facility in Coburg North.
This is a full-time position suited to someone with strong warehouse, inventory and materials-handling experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or another fast-paced production environment. You will help ensure ingredients, packaging and finished products are received, stored, tracked and supplied accurately across the facility.
Employment Type: Full-Time – 38 hours per week
Salary: $65,000- 70,000 per annum + superannuation
Location: Coburg North, Victoria
Hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts generally operating between 6:00 am–2:00 pm or 8:00 am–4:00 pm
Required
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, stores management or internal materials handling
- Previous experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or a production environment
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems for receipting, stock transfers and inventory adjustments
- Strong understanding of FIFO stock rotation, cycle counting, stocktakes and inventory reconciliation
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and basic ERP data entry
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting, moving stock and working across dry stores, cool rooms and freezers
- Full-time working rights in Australia

What you’ll do
- Receive, inspect and accurately record incoming ingredients, packaging and other materials
- Store and rotate stock according to FIFO requirements
- Pick and supply materials to production teams according to operational requirements
- Operate a forklift safely when loading, unloading and relocating stock
- Process stock receipts, transfers and inventory adjustments through the ERP system
- Complete cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory reconciliations
- Monitor batch numbers, lot numbers and expiry or shelf-life dates
- Maintain accurate warehouse and traceability records
- Check deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organised and food-safe warehouse areas
- Liaise with Production, Quality Assurance and Procurement teams
- Follow HACCP, SQF or BRC-aligned food safety requirements and workplace safety procedures

- Confidence working with warehouse and inventory systems
- An understanding of allergen separation, temperature control and food traceability
- Flexibility to work early starts or staggered operational shifts when required
