Smart AVR is a fast-growing national automotive diagnostics business specialising in advanced vehicle systems and cutting-edge technology. We’re expanding our Melbourne team and seeking experienced Diagnostic Technicians and Qualified Mechanics to join our workshop.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced ADAS Technician / Diagnostic Technician to join our already strong team of 10+ technicians servicing the Melbourne metropolitan area.
You’ll work with modern vehicles, advanced diagnostic tools, and a highly skilled team in a well-equipped workshop.
What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults to manufacturer standards

Using OEM scan tools, diagnostic software, and workshop equipment

Completing servicing, repairs, and accurate job documentation

Working collaboratively with technicians and service teams
-
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
About You
-
3+ years’ experience (Diagnostic Tech) OR trade-qualified Mechanic
-
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
-
Confident using diagnostic tools and electrical systems knowledge

Team player with strong communication skills

Valid driver’s licence
