In this rewarding specialist role, you will provide expert clinical support to consumers and their families and carers, while delivering consultation and guidance to health professionals, NDIS providers and community organisations to ensure access to high quality, person-centered care and seamless transitions from hospital to community settings.
You will also play a key role in driving education and capacity-building initiatives across Mental Health services, helping to enhance workforce capability and strengthen understanding of the unique needs of the IDMH consumer group.
