Edward Meller is seeking an Online Fulfilment Support team member to join our Online team. This involves processing orders across our three online channels from our Cheltenham Fulfilment Hub.
This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end fulfilment process — including sourcing, picking, packing, booking, shipping, and dispatching customer orders.
This permanent part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process online orders and returns received through the Cheltenham Fulfilment Hub
- Pick, pack, and book customer orders daily with care and efficiency
- Communicate with the Online teams in both VIC and NSW regarding orders and work closely with Warehouse staff
- Inspect incoming stock to ensure correct quantity, type, and quality
- Maintain a consistently high standard of packing and presentation
- Complete inventory tasks accurately and on time
- Prepare deliveries for post and courier services
- Receive, move, check, and store incoming stock
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery with courier companies when required
- Ensure customer orders are processed smoothly and without delay
- Keep all administrative tasks up to date and completed in a timely manner

- Availability for Permanent Part-Time hours: 5 days/week (Monday to Friday 9am–3.30pm)
- Flexibility to increase hours during peak periods (e.g., sale events, Christmas, major launches)
