We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a
Concession Supervisor to lead our
Myer Bendigo pad. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of Unison, leading a passionate team while delivering an elevated customer experience through strong leadership, exceptional product knowledge, and genuine customer relationships.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
- Permanent Part Time position with a Wednesday-Sunday roster, 25 hours a week!
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
- Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
