Our Industrial team brings together experienced engineers and project managers with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-quality projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead multi-disciplinary design delivery and work closely with clients across major industrial projects.
In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of design phases across a portfolio of light and heavy industrial projects. Working alongside clients, project managers, and technical leads, you’ll ensure design outcomes are integrated, robust, and aligned with project objectives .
About You
You are a degree-qualified Process, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with experience in sectors such as food and beverage, manufacturing, mining, metals processing, chemicals, or sustainable fuels. You bring strong technical expertise and a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary design delivery on complex projects.
You are collaborative, solutions -focused, and confident working across a range of stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. You’ll also bring:
Strong understanding of engineering design processes, inter-disciplinary coordination, problem-solving, design assurance, and quality management
