Job Description
Permanent part-time opportunities are now available for a flexible, highly organised and enthusiastic ward receptionists to join our administrative team at Pindara Private Hospital.
You will be responsible for performing administrative duties within the department such as discharging and transferring patients, filing, booking appointments and general reception duties.
Overall, you will be a part of a friendly team that works cooperatively to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for patients and visitors.

Respond to and manage email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinating with a large and friendly clinical staff team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Demonstrate the ability to multi-task efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
About You:
What You’ll Bring

Computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite programs and Patient Management Systems essential

Experience either in a medical administration setting or a patient-facing role highly desirable
-
Ability to work under pressure and maintain good working relations with others

High degree of attention to detail and accuracy

Proven organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks

Strong interpersonal skills and a strong team focus are vital for this position.
