An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Service Manager to lead service operations at Daimler Trucks Brisbane, one of the group’s largest and most prominent dealerships. This role would suit a hands-on leader who can lift workshop performance, support a strong team culture and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping our service operations, driving performance, and delivering exceptional customer experience. Your Day to Day:
- Lead and Manage: Lead the Service Department team to achieve performance targets, improve workshop efficiency and deliver a consistently strong customer experience.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer-first approach by nurturing existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Oversee Operations: Oversee daily service and repair activity, ensuring work is prioritised effectively and completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Prioritise Safety: Uphold the highest standards of workplace health and safety, fostering a culture where employee well-being comes first.
- Resolve and Build: Resolve customer and operational issues quickly, using practical solutions that protect service quality and strengthen client relationships.
