You don't need insurance experience to succeed in this role. We provide full training and support. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, helping them understand their insurance options and providing outstanding customer service. Every day is different, combining customer service, relationship building, problem solving, and sales.

What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with customers over the phone and via email
- Assisting new clients with insurance enquiries
- Following up leads and converting enquiries into new business
- Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
- Preparing quotes and helping clients choose suitable cover
- Supporting existing customers with policy renewals and changes
- Managing client information accurately and maintaining detailed records
- Working towards individual and team goals in a supportive environment

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, reception, call centres, sales or insurance will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
