We are currently seeking a passionate and commercially minded Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join our leadership team.
Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Food & Beverage Assistant Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of our F&B operations, supporting service excellence, financial performance, team engagement, and brand standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting the Food & Beverage team across daily operations

Managing rosters and labour costs in line with budget expectations

Supporting beverage cost control, stocktakes, and wastage reduction initiatives

Driving guest satisfaction and service recovery outcomes

Responding to guest feedback and online reviews in a timely manner

Supporting onboarding, training compliance, and team development

Driving ALL loyalty program recruitment through guest engagement

Ensuring strong communication across departments and operational teams

Maintaining Accor brand standards and compliance requirements
This role has been designed as a development opportunity for a future Food & Beverage Manager and provides exposure to financial accountability, operational leadership, and strategic team management.
Qualifications

Previous leadership experience within hotels, restaurants, bars, or premium hospitality environments

Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
-
Experience with rostering, labour management, and stock control
-
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
-
Passion for guest experience and service excellence
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-
Current RSA certification
-
Experience with Accor systems, Micros, Opera, or loyalty programs is advantageous but not essential
