About the role
As the Engineering Superintendent – EIC at Kalamia Mill, you’ll lead the Electrical, Instrumentation & Control maintenance function across the site, ensuring operations run safely, reliably, and efficiently. You’ll be right across planned and corrective maintenance, shutdowns at the end of crush, and day-to-day support during the crushing season to keep both facilities performing at their best.
You’ll work closely with reliability teams, schedulers, and operations to shape the maintenance schedule and manage the budget, balancing priorities to reduce downtime and improve plant reliability. There’s also involvement in longer-term asset and capital planning, helping set both sites up for future performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll develop your team, manage safety, build strong relationships across the site, and use systems like SAP to keep maintenance work flowing smoothly and effectively.
