We are looking a student service team member for our Paramatta Campus. We are establised RTO have multiple campuses. We are looking for a dynamic team member to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Administration and Records Management
- Manage student enrolments and update academic records.
- Keep all student data accurate and secure according to company policies.
- Follow all institutional rules and government regulations.
- File all student documents correctly and on time.
Enrolment and Academic Administration
- Coordinate student enrolments with internal teams and partners.
- Train administrative staff to give accurate enrolment information.
- Ensure staff help students with course requirements and credit transfers.
- Track student progress and process course changes, deferrals, or cancellations.
- Enter student data into RTO Manager and update reports in PRISM.
- Help the IT team maintain student data systems.
Student Support Services and Welfare
- Run orientation, student welfare programs, and campus events.
- Give students clear, accurate, and timely advice.
- Find and help students who need extra welfare or counselling support.
- Organize activities to improve student wellbeing and participation.
Student Experience and Outcomes
- Improve the student journey from application to graduation.
- Set up first-year transition, mentoring, and study support programs.
- Monitor student satisfaction and launch improvement plans.
- Track graduate outcomes and build a strong alumni network.
- Connect students with industry and networking opportunities.
- Manage surveys for international students.
- Create inclusive programs that support students from diverse backgrounds.
Experience:
- MS Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
