Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Scheduler to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide production planning and scheduling solutions. The role requires deep expertise in SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain Planning processes, including Master Production Scheduling (MPS), MRP, Capacity Planning, Demand Management, and Production Planning. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and technology teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency, production throughput, inventory optimization, and service levels.

Salary: AUD 150,042 – 171,215 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Production Planning and Master Scheduling workstreams across transformation and implementation programs.
- Design and implement end-to-end production planning, capacity planning, and scheduling processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Business stakeholders to define future- state planning processes.
- Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and business strategy.
- Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analyses, and solution design discussions.
- Develop and maintain planning roadmaps, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Oversee testing, deployment, hyper care, and post-go-live support activities.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to functional consultants, analysts, and project teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and planning optimization.
