The Opportunity
We're looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to help drive learning, capability and employee development across Ayers Rock Resort.
Working closely with leaders, the Learning & Development team and the broader People & Culture team, you'll coordinate, facilitate and support learning initiatives that help our employees succeed. From delivering orientation programs and managing training schedules to maintaining our Learning Management System and supporting learning content, you'll help create engaging development opportunities across a diverse and fast-paced operation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of a group, facilitating learning and helping others build new skills and confidence. Whether your background is in learning and development, hospitality leadership, training coordination or operational management, you'll bring confidence, energy and a passion for helping others learn and grow.
Your key duties will include
- Coordinate and support learning and development activities across Ayers Rock Resort
- Deliver the resort's orientation program and facilitate training sessions
- Partner with leaders to identify training needs and build workforce capability
- Manage training schedules, communications and learning administration
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers
- Support the development and continuous improvement of learning content, resources and programs
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee capability and engagement
About You
- Confident facilitating training and presenting to groups of varying sizes
- Experience training, coaching or developing people in a hospitality, tourism or service environment
- Experience in learning and development, training or a similar people-focused role
- A proactive, approachable and adaptable mindset, with a passion for helping others succeed
- Comfortable using technology and learning systems, with LMS experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
