TSG Central Lakes is seeking an experienced, driven Retail Manager to oversee our busy store operations. You will take full ownership of the franchise. You will manage high-volume categories including Golden Casket Lottery, tobacco, and giftware. This role requires a hands-on leader. You will drive sales, manage a team, and maintain high compliance standards.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, action plans, and franchise success.
- Order stock, audit inventory, and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Meet company representatives to optimize sales, promotions, and pricing.
- Create and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Handle staff recruitment, training, rosters, and payroll.
- Maintain high service standards and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to health department and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the franchisor and meet brand expectations.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Store Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Golden Casket Lottery systems is highly regarded.
- Experience in stock control and inventory auditing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and roster staff.
- Excellent communication and customer conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement growth strategies.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
