About the Role
As a Brow & Lash Technician, you'll deliver a range of brow and lash treatments to our clients while providing a warm, professional experience that keeps them coming back.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Korean lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting, threading, waxing, and henna brows
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming workspace
- Follow all health and safety standards
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the salon
Requirements
- Proven experience as a brow and/or lash technician
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy (preferred)
- Skilled in lash lifts, brow lamination, threading, waxing, tinting, and henna
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Valid Australian work rights
