About the role:
As a Legal Support Officer, you'll be a key member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This a dynamic role working closely with solicitors to provide crucial administrative and legal support, ensuring our operational requirements are met. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing and updating case files in our case management system.

Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence.

Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including police, legal personnel, and other government agencies.

Assisting with the preparation of court documents and briefs.

This is a part-time position at 0.5 FTE (19 hours per week). To meet operational requirements, the successful candidate will work a fixed, regular pattern of hours. We offer flexibility for this pattern to be mutually agreed upon as either:
Option 1: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning; OR
Option 2: Wednesday afternoon, Thursday, and Friday. The specific start/finish times and exact regular pattern of work will be confirmed and documented in writing upon offer of employment.
