As a Customer Support Operator, you’ll be the voice of Picklebet, delivering high-quality, empathetic, and real-time support via live chat and email. You will:

Champion our customers: Own live chat and email conversations, solving everything from complex betting queries to technical glitches with speed and personality.

Deliver industry-leading support: Build strong relationships with our customers while thriving in a fast-paced, real-time environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Keep gaming safe: Support our Responsible Gambling commitments by identifying potential signs of customer harm, following safer gambling procedures, and helping maintain a safe and fair experience for all customers.

Bridge the gap to tech: Investigate customer feedback, escalate bugs and improvement opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams to improve the platform experience.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Betting industry experience and/or a genuine passion for Sport & Racing

2+ years of experience in betting, gaming, fintech, or other fast-moving digital environments

Experience using tools like Zendesk, Jira, or Confluence

A passion for racing and sport

The pay range for this role is:
72,500 - 77,500 AUD per year(Brisbane HQ)
