Complete Care Team is a highly respected organisation established in 1999. We specialise in supporting community‑based clients living with disabilities, delivering high‑quality, home‑based, person‑centred care. Our approach places clients and their families at the heart of all decision‑making to help them identify and achieve their goals.
We are currently seeking female Enrolled Nurse, Registered Nurse or highly experienced AINs to support a young client with high clinical needs. We are looking for someone caring, experienced, and committed to providing daily support in line with the client’s routine and support plan.
About the Role
You will bring exceptional verbal, written, and listening skills, along with a deep understanding of person‑centred care. You are reliable, punctual, willing to learn, and confident in delivering high‑quality clinical and personal support.
Duties may vary depending on the client’s needs and may include:
- Assistance with all Activities of Daily Living
- PEG feeding
- Oral suctioning
- Use of ceiling hoist
- Seizure management
Essential criteria:
- NDIS Worker Check
- WWCC
- National Police Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Working rights in Australia
- Drivers Licence
- Reliable insured vehicle
Preferred (not essential):
- Previous industry experience
- Understanding of person‑centred disability care and Acquired Brain Injury
