About the Opportunity
Apprenticeship Support Australia is seeking an individual with experience in scheduling and booking appointments. You will work to ensure that all client requests and administrative activities for the Apprenticeship Sign Up appointments are handled with a high degree of customer service and quality. This role also involves assessing the skills levels, needs and capabilities of Australian Apprentices, as well as evaluating the suitability of employers. This role will be a great fit for someone who has excellent attention to detail and the natural ability to build rapport with clients.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Receive inbound queries from existing clients and provide accurate general advice.
- Schedule and reschedule sign-up and other meetings for consultants and field staff
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to maintain smooth operations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to schedule and confirm appointments
- Complete accurate data entry and maintain databases
- Undertake virtual or face-to-face assessments of new and existing employers in line with guidance requirements
- Identify and consider any potential barriers for apprentices
- Record assessment outcomes in databases as required
- Assist in the contract creation process within scope of role
- Complete bulk preparation activities to support scheduling and assessment activities within required timeframes.
- Other general admin duties as required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working in a customer service role
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work fast paced and time critical
- Ability to work to KPIs
- National Police Clearance & Working With Children Check
