Starting out as an OT is exciting, but it can also feel a little daunting.

We’re looking for a Graduate or Early Career Occupational Therapist to join our Midland clinic, with a strong focus on paediatric clients.

Our Midland clinic gives you the opportunity to build your paediatric skills while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.
- Build your experience across a paediatric-focused caseload
- Work alongside experienced OTs, Speech Pathologists and other Allied Health professionals
- Enjoy a mix of clinic and community-based therapy, including homes, schools and other environments
- Work towards meaningful goals that help kids participate, develop confidence and become more independent
- Learn from clinicians around you through mentoring, peer support and regular clinical learning
- Join a team that works hard, supports each other and knows how to have fun!
You'll be supported to:
- Complete functional and developmental assessments
- Develop individualised therapy plans
- Deliver engaging, play-based and evidence-informed interventions
- Support children across areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, regulation and participation
- Work closely with parents, carers, teachers and other professionals
- Build confidence managing your own caseload
- Develop your clinical reasoning and paediatric skills
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Take part in regular mentoring, supervision and professional development

You'll need:
- Bachelor (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
