We are looking for a highly motivated Roster Coordinator to join our busy scheduling team based in Potts Point, NSW.
The Roster Coordinator is responsible for scheduling Support Care Workers to provide In Home Services for our clients. The position works as part of a large energetic team to ensure accurate and timely allocation of services across metropolitan and regional NSW. This is a dynamic position that requires strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
● Experience in roster management, carer coordination, using our electronic roster system
● High accuracy data entry and strong attention to detail
● Organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem solving & decision making
● Proven ability to think logically, interpret, assess, analyze, and review information
● Knowledge of awards and their application to rostering and workforce management
● Effective planning and time management skills in a high-volume work environment
● Computer proficiency in the operation of Windows based software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and cloud-based technologies.
● Experience in managing sensitive and confidential information
● A valid NDIS Worker Screening check or be willing to obtain one
You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:
● Knowledge of the legislative and quality requirements applicable to Aged Care
● Experience working in Aged Care
Qualification and experiences:
● Work cooperatively with team members in a productive way,
● Display a high degree of computer literacy (experience with rostering system and CRM is highly regarded),
● Possess understanding of the healthcare industry and its constraints,
● Highly organised, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills,
● Curious, open minded and common sense driven.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
